No troublesome database storage of documents, no tricky processes for saving files - Instead just save the file directly into your filing cabinet neatly laid out on your network for you.

From any application, simply select the equivalent save command, and then navigate to the Drive Letter where the Virtual Filing Cabinet is located.

Active Directory & other technologies which operate at a file system level are all compatible with the Virtual Filing cabinet through the file system. Security is as simple as your current processes, technology & tools; users who do not have permission to view a folder or category of folders are simply denied access. Read Only access can also be configured.
